QUICK APPS partnership with TESDA
Quick Apps Clark joined forces with Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) – licensed Technical-Vocational schools in the area to continuously provide skilled manpower and train them with soft skills in call center management. These schools offer a 5-month long, 6-hour per week Call Center soft skill training under their standard curriculum. Students are being taught of advance English communication skills, American history and Western culture, Call center functionalities and technologies and lessons on Customer Service, Collections, Technical Support, Back Office Management and Appointment Setting programs and campaign handling. Students who successfully pass the training will be endorsed in the company and will then have another set of training, Product Training. The best among the best will be chosen and these will be the people who will be working for our company.
With our company choosing only the best people, we really offer great quality of service as what we already have provided our existing clientele. We don’t have problems of running out of trained people as these schools continuously provide training to selected students and unemployed youth.
